<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform multicolor printing to a cylindrical body by an inkjet system without bleeding phenomenon of ink. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of inkjet heads 3 for injecting droplets of ultraviolet curable ink to a cylindrical body 21 fitted on a mandrel 1 from above is arranged to be aligned in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the mandrel 1, and an irradiation part 4a of a first ultraviolet irradiation device 4 for emitting ultraviolet ray is disposed in a position facing the inkjet head 3 across the mandrel 1. The irradiation part 4a and the mandrel 1 are simultaneously movable, for the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the mandrel 1, in the same direction by the same distance, and a second ultraviolet irradiation device 10 and a transparent coating material application device 8 are disposed in the simultaneously moving direction of the mandrel 1 and the irradiation part 4a.
