<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector capable of performing opening operation of a diaphragm valve used as a pressurized gas supply valve at a high speed and reducing the consumed amount of pressurized gas. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The dust collector S includes a filter 7 that filters air containing dust, pressurized gas supply valves 1 disposed at a header tank 6 connected to a pressurized gas supply source S, and an injector tube 8 that is connected to the pressurized gas supply valves 1 and has a nozzle hole 9 at a position opposite to an opening of the filter 7, and is configured such that the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter 7 is blown off with the pressurized gas jetted from the nozzle hole 9, wherein the interior of the header tank 6 is comparted into a plurality of tank chambers 6a<SB>1</SB>, 6a<SB>2</SB>, and 6a<SB>3</SB>each having a volume that can accumulate a pressurized gas amount required to blow off the dust attached onto the outer surface of the filter 7 and each tank chamber 6a<SB>1</SB>, 6a<SB>2</SB>, and 6a<SB>3</SB>and the pressurized gas supply source S are connected through the opening/closing valves V<SB>1</SB>, V<SB>2</SB>, and V<SB>3</SB>by releasing the pressurized gas supply valves 1 at each comparted chamber.
