The device has two cylindrical rods (32, 33) engaged in a hole (11). The rods are movable in the hole between a deployed position, in which the rods project outside a body (2) at the longitudinal ends (38, 39) of the body, and a retracted position, in which the rods are housed in the hole. An actuating unit permits moving the rod between the deployed and retracted positions. A screw (37) is tightened for holding the rods in the deployed and retracted positions. An independent claim is also included for a structure including a post and an opening frame articulated on the post by an articulation device. |
