An infrared biologic effect system with the controllable wave, comprises: a case (16); in the case (16), an infrared light source (1), a first combined filter assembling plate (2), a convex lens (3), a concave lens (4), a second combined filter assembling palate (5), a fiber cable receiving machine (6) and an executing end (18) being assembled; the convex lens (3) being located between the infrared light source (1) and the concave lens (4); the first combined filter assembling plate (2) and the second combined filter assembling palate (5) being located between the concave lens (4) and fiber cable receiving machine (6); a first filter (23) being installed on the first combined filter assembling plate (2); a second filter (7) being installed on the second combined filter assembling palate (5).
