<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shielding coating member which exhibits excellent heat resistance and durability over a long period even in the case of application as the component of high temperature apparatus parts such as a gas turbine and a jet engine, and to provide its production method. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat-shielding coating member obtained by forming a heat-shielding coating member 4 on the surface of a metal base material 1 via a metal bonding layer 2, the space between the metal bonding layer 2 and the ceramic heat-shielding layer 4 is provided with an intermediate layer 3, and the intermediate layer 3 has a double layer structure stacked in the order of an Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>layer 5 and a mixed layer 6 consisting of Pt and Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>from the surface side of the metal bonding layer 2. Preferably, the ceramic heat-shielding layer 4 comprises a stabilizer, is composed of ZrO<SB>2</SB>mainly consisting of tetragonal crystals, and comprises 0.05 to 3mol% La as well. The metal bonding layer 2 is preferably formed of any selected from an Ni based alloy, a Co based alloy, an Ni-Co alloy and a platinum aluminide alloy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
