<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topping material-applying apparatus that can increase the ratio of the solid food to which a topping material is applied and provide a topping material-applying apparatus that can recover the topping material not applied to the solid food. <P>SOLUTION: The topping material-applying apparatus applies the topping material to the solid food.
