<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive colored composition having high sensitivity, good adhesion and alkali resistance and not causing contamination of an apparatus by photodegradation of components, and to provide a color filter using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive colored composition comprises at least a photopolymerization initiator, a photopolymerizable monomer, a resin, a pigment and a solvent, wherein an oxime ester compound represented by formula (I) is used as the photopolymerization initiator.
