<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress making a synthetic resin film overlaid on the surface of a core material of the mattress smoothly follow movement of cushioning of the core material, can be simply cleaned, without allowing a body fluid such as sweat and excrement or blood to penetrate into the interior of the mattress, especially one used in a hospital or a facility. <P>SOLUTION: A skin material made of at least a urethane film is overlaid on the surface of the core material of the mattress, and the 50% modulus of the urethane film is 2 to 5 N.
