<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fusing method and an apparatus for a self-fluxing alloy where thermal deformation is not caused even by heating only from one direction on the side of a thermal spraying face. <P>SOLUTION: The maximum arrival temperature on the opposite side of the thermal spraying face and the temperature on the opposite side of the thermal spraying face in the just back of a heating part are defined as indexes, one or more among the respective parameters of the moving rate of a heating means, the output of the heating means, and the distance between the heating means and the face to be heated are controlled, thus fixed heat history is given to the structure to be subjected to the thermal spraying of a self-fluxing alloy, and further, the difference between the maximum arrival temperature on the opposite side of the thermal spraying face or the temperature on the opposite side of the thermal spraying face in the just back of the heating part, and the temperature on the side of the thermal spraying face is controlled within a fixed value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
