According to the invention an effective, simple and handy device for applying a bitumen hydroinsulation band is suggested, where the application of the hydroinsulating band is performed in a controlled way considering at least those parameters which directly influence the quality of the performed service. Apart from that the device enables the application of the hydroinsulation band not only across at least approximately horizontal surfaces but also across at least approximately vertical surfaces, namely up to a certain height. For this purpose there is on the device according to the invention on the supporting assembly (2) in the area between the roll (91) of the bitumen band (9) and the heating assembly (7) a preheating chamber (73), while the heating assembly (7) including one of the currently available and with the aforementioned chamber (73) cooperating heater (75; 75', 75'') on the specified assembly (2) is attached rotationally in the rotating point (740) which can be at least in the limited scope rotated around the transverse horizontal axis (740), which is parallel with the rotating axis of the pressure cylinder (8). At the same time the specified assembly (2) in suitable rotation points (101, 102) around the transverse horizontal axis is rotationally linked to the chassis (1) which due to the stable support of the specified wheels (11, 12) also includes at least one supporting mean (15) thanks to which despite the rotation of the assembly (2) regarding the chassis (1) and a corresponding deviation of the pressure cylinder (8) from at least a horizontally running surface the chassis (1) is stable supported on the surface. |
