PURPOSE: A ladder manufacturing device is provided to automate a ladder manufacturing process by controlling a jig drive rotating part and a welding robot according to set information. CONSTITUTION: A ladder manufacturing device comprises a jig(310), a jig drive rotating part(320), a jig driven rotating part(340), a welding robot(360), and a controller. The jig includes a jig frame, and left and right vertical frame fixing parts. The left vertical frame fixing part comprises a pair of insertion plates, a cylinder rod, and a pneumatic cylinder installed on the exterior of the insertion plates to carry the cylinder rod between the insertion plates. The right vertical frame fixing part includes a pair of insertion plates, a cylinder rod, and a pneumatic cylinder. The jig driven rotating part is inserted in one or insertion holes of a driven stopper in order to hold the jig.
