摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of imaging near the center of an optical system while achieving a short processing time, even when imaging small components by using a long one-dimensional imaging device corresponding even to the imaging of large components and that of components of a plurality of arrays. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging device has a first light-shielding means 130 which includes a light-receiving element array 121, a shift register 122 for outputting an electric charge after dividing it into two regions, a shift gate 123 for allowing or denying transfer of the electric charge to the shift register for each region, the optical system 125, a first light-shielding means 130 provided with a light-shielding plate 131 for light-shielding both ends and the central part of the light-receiving element array 121; a second light-shielding means 130 provided with a light-shielding plate 131 for light-shielding only both end parts of the light-receiving element array 121; and a switching means 137 for changing a light-shielding range of the light-receiving element array 121, while switching between the first/second light-shielding means 130, 130. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
