The invention relates to a method for producing cold and heat energy in a heat pump mode by isolating a coolant from a solution through a semipermeable membrane which reduces the pressure required for such an isolation by using a capillary suction pressure immediately after the semipermeable membrane. The inventive absorption-membrane plant for carrying out said method comprises a coolant isolating unit which is provided with a semipermeable membrane (1) and a capillary structure (2) located immediately after the semipermeable membrane (1), a coolant solution supplying unit (7), a coolant evaporation unit, the function of which is carried out by the evaporation area of the capillary structure (2) and which is connected to a cold consumer, and a coolant absorption unit (8) connected to a heat consumer. |
