PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of solid fuel is provided to recycle excrements etc to be discarded, and to reproduce the excrement to fuel, while preventing environmental contamination with high energy efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of solid fuel comprises the following steps: storing sludge of livestock excretion in a excretion storage tank; heating and drying the sludge of saved excrements at a temperature of 350 ~ 450 Celsius degree for 5 ~ 6 hours; shattering the sludge into pieces and creating sludge powder having a particle diameter of 75 mesh ~ 85 mesh(S120); mixing anthracite coal 13 ~ 17 wt%, coal 1 ~ 3wt%, diatomite 1 ~ 2wt%, clay 1 ~ 2wt%, yellow soil 1 ~ 2wt%, rice hulls 1 ~ 2wt% and sawdust 1 ~ 3wt% in powder(S140); adding pressure to a mixture, molding and solidifying(S150). |
