PURPOSE: An operation monitoring system for a vehicle is provided to display information about the replacement of required components by communicating a history management module with a report module. CONSTITUTION: An operation monitoring system for a vehicle comprises a history management module and a report module(400). The history management module has a starting counter(300) and a first communication part. And the history management module is installed in a vehicle. The starting counter counts the accumulated amount of starting. The report module has a second communication part, a replacement determining part, and a display part. The display part displays information about the replacement of required components when an engine is started or stopped.
