The invention relates to elements of plate-type heat exchanger via which heat exchange takes place between two mediums (fluids or vapor and fluid). Technical results: leveling hydrodynamic parameters of volume elements of fluid to be either heated or cooled over the plate width at their approaching from an inlet opening via a distribution-collector portion to a main heat-exchange portion and enhancement of the heat-exchange efficiency between two mediums. The heat transfer plate comprises a main heat-exchange portion, distribution-collector potion, holes for providing inflow and outflow of fluid or vapor to be either heated or cooled; channeling: for arranging sealing gaskets, heat-exchange portion, distributor-collector portions, near the openings, wherein the latter are embodied such as to provide different hydrodynamic resistance at the entrance ÔÇô with varied pitch or flatness.
