<p>Cosmetic oil-in-water emulsion comprises: (a) at least one UV-filter comprising oil soluble and water soluble organic UV filters; (b) at least one salt of 12-20C alkyl phosphate, preferably salt of cetyl phosphate, as an anionic oil-in-water emulsifier; (c) at least one 14-20C mono- or diacylglycerides, preferably at least one 16-18C mono- or diacylglycerides comprising hydrogenated palm oil glycerides. The pH of the cosmetic oil-in-water emulsion at 20[deg] C is 6-8, preferably 6.8-7.3. ACTIVITY : Dermatological. No biological data given. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.</p> |
