End portions (50) of the cutter blade (20) each include first end teeth (51) and second end teeth (52) the tooth height of which is less than the tooth height of the first end teeth (51). Tooth tops of the first end teeth 51 of each end portion (50) are located on a straight line (L1), which extends through tooth tops of the center large teeth (31) located on one of the right half and the left half of the center portion (30).</p>
