PURPOSE: A red ginseng composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve economical value of the composition by mixing red ginseng powder with unpolished rice powder, corn powder, jujube powder or soybean powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a red ginseng composition includes the following steps: mixing dried red ginseng after processing raw ginseng which is more than 4 year old; washing and dehydrating unpolished rice or corn and soybeans by drying each component to a moisture content of 15% or less; drying jujube for 20 ~ 30 days after washing; cutting red ginseng compounds and jujube flesh in a roll crusher to a length of 3 ~ 5 mm; mixing raw yellow soil 1 ~ 30 weight% with purified water 99 ~ 70 weight % for 24 ~ 48 hours after pulverizing the raw yellow soil; dehydrating cut red ginseng compounds, cut jujube flesh, dried unpolished rice, dried corn, and dried soybeans after dipping components in water; parching the soybeans in a low temperature chamber for 2 ~ 4 hours; pulverizing compounds to a size of 80 ~ 150 mesh; and mixing the pulverized red ginseng compounds 10 ~ 98 weight% and other compounds.
