Invention herewith described refers to a washing machine for fruits and vegetables consists of a hollow drum made of stainless metal (1) protected by a housing (2), the drum positioned on a reinforced stand (3) and at the same time it provides a balance to the machine (3) on the stand, where are: a lateral electric motor (4) which revolves the drum in the direction of a hand through its belt (29) and the drum belt (28) coupled by a pulley (30). The top electric motor (5) is fixed to the stand (3) onto the upper stand (9), the shaft (6) extends from the electric motor and goes through an opening (10) coated by a gasket (11) sealing layer, the stand (9) is drawn downward so that the hood (8) rests onto the drum opening (10) water flow is carried through a PVC hose (27), the water is brought through electric valve (20) and the regulator (21) determines the water level in the drum, the required quanitity of water flows through the PVC hose into the drum (24) by means of a dwell timer (16) a lateral motor (4) a potentiometer (18) is initiated, in use to regulate speed i.e. number of revolutions of the lateral electric motor (4) protected by a housing (33). This machine is used for washing fruits and vegetables in hygienic conditions with no possibility to damage the fruit itself and regardless of the type as the number of revolvements and the duration of the washing can be regulated.
