PURPOSE: A ladder manufacturing device is provided to reduce the labor and time for manufacturing ladders by controlling a jig drive rotating part and a welding robot according to set information. CONSTITUTION: A ladder manufacturing device(200) comprises a jig(210), a jig drive rotating part(220), a jig driven rotating part(240), a welding robot(260), and a controller. The jig comprises a jig frame and a vertical frame fixing part. The jig drive rotating part includes a drive rotary shaft, a drive stopper, a fixing pin, and a hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder drives the fixing pin into or out of an insertion hole. The welding robot is installed on a rail and welds vertical frames and step bars(S). The controller controls the jig drive rotating part and the welding robot according to pre-input information.
