A data synchronization method comprises: comparing the data fingerprints of both databases in need of data synchronization, determining the data requiring to be synchronized, then synchronizing the data requiring to be synchronized. One data synchronization system and two data synchronization devices are provided in the embodiment of this present invention. Data fingerprint is utilized to realize data synchronization in the embodiment of this present invention, and it is avoided to transmit a mass of data between both sides in need of data synchronization.
