<p>A wing-spanning thermal-dissipating device has a plurality of thermal-dissipating sheets (21). Each of the thermal-dissipating sheets (21) includes a connecting portion (211), at least one thermal-dissipating fin (212) and a plurality of sub-thermal-dissipating fins (213). The connecting portions (211) of the thermal-dissipating sheets (21) connect with each other. The thermal-dissipating fin (212) is extended outwardly and spread out from the connecting portion (211).
