PURPOSE: An opening and closing device for a door and an operating device thereof are provided to accurately position a door by folding a door sash using a small amount of power. CONSTITUTION: An operating device of an opening and closing device for a door comprises a rotation sliding arm(200), an eccentric force applying member(300), a door mounting frame, and a door chassis. The rotation sliding arm is formed between the door mounting frame and the door chassis. The eccentric force applying member is rotatably coupled to the rotating end of the rotation sliding arm. The door mounting frame is formed in the eccentric force applying member. The door chassis is extended or folded by sliding the other end of the rotation sliding arm. |
