PURPOSE: A stapler having vertical and edge fixing frames is provided to fix an iron pin in a fixed position and a fixed direction by installing vertical and edge fixing frames at the upper center of a press lower plate. CONSTITUTION: A stapler(100) comprises a vertical fixing frame and an edge fixing frame. The vertical fixing frame is formed at both sides of an upper rotary shaft(150) of a press lower plate(200). The vertical fixing frame holds the vertical face of the papers. The edge fixing frame is formed inside the vertical fixing frame. The edge fixing frame holds the edge of the booklet paper. The iron pin is fixed at the fixed position of the booklet paper.
