<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam container made of a polyolefin-based resin foam by expanded internal die molding with waterproof performance applied within a range of normal molding conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The container made of a polyolefin-based resin foam obtained by the expanded internal die molding has at least an internal or external surface of its bottom face expansion-molded by a die having a die surface with an opening area of a steam inlet of 4.5% or larger in area ratio. In addition, the obtained molding has a protrusion with a shorter diameter of a 1-5 mm width and a recess with a groove width of 1-5 mm and a depth of 0.3 mm or larger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
