PURPOSE: A sound and heat insulation board using waste limestone powder is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying the structure, and to recycle waste materials. CONSTITUTION: A sound and heat insulation board(100) using waste limestone powder comprises a sealing member(10), an opening and closing member(30), a buffer member(40), and a support board(50). Inside the sealing member is empty. The opening and closing member is formed in one side of the sealing member. The buffer member is formed in the inner bottom of the sealing member. The support board is formed in the inner top of the sealing member.
