PURPOSE: An optical anisotropic compound, a resin composition including thereof, and an optical member including thereof are provided to control the optical property of a polymer resin with a small amount with the big optical anisotropy. CONSTITUTION: An optical anisotropic compound is marked with chemical formula 1: M1-L-M2. In the chemical formula 1, L refers to an alkylene oxide of C2~C60, alkylene of C2~C60, or siloxane of C2~C60. M1 and M2 are substituents marked with chemical formula 2. A resin composition including the compound is an acrylic adhesive resin. An optical member includes a polymer film or an adhesive manufactured from the resin composition.
