PURPOSE: A transfer circuit configuration device and a method thereof are provided to minimize transfer circuit configuration time by transmitting a control command to a transmitting device, and to automatically offer an optimized transfer circuit. CONSTITUTION: A user interface unit(110) receives input information from an operator and offers the input information to a configuration information collecting unit(120), a transmission line design unit(130), a command processing unit(140) and a database(150). The configuration information collecting unit produces configuration information based on collected device information. The transmission line design unit constitutes transfer circuits between two locals which are requested from an operator based on the shape information. The command processing unit makes each control command based on communication protocols and receives transmission line information. The database stores responses corresponding to the control command.
