PURPOSE: A roaster for grilling is provided to facilitate cleaning by installing an oil tray which collects oil which is created from food in order not to be dropped to a charcoal container. CONSTITUTION: A roaster(1) for grilling comprises: a water-cooled grill(2); a charcoal container(4) and a gas pipe(6) which are attached to the either side of inner surface of a main body(3) of a roaster and are sequentially installed with a slope to the direction of the water-cooling grill in order to heat food on the water-cooled grill; and an oil tray. Ash left in the charcoal container is naturally dropped to the oil tray of the main body. |
