PURPOSE: A producing method of a room-temperature curable polyurethane-epoxy hybrid resin is provided to prevent an environment control material and smell from generating, and to secure the elasticity of the resin. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a room-temperature curable polyurethane-epoxy hybrid resin comprises the following steps: synthesizing a urethane pre-polymer by mixing a polyisocyanate compound, and a polyol or polyester compound; blocking the urethane pre-polymer for controlling the reactivity with a hardener; mixing the blocked urethane pre-polymer, an epoxy resin, a plasticizer, a diluent, and a compatibilizer to form the polyurethane-epoxy hybrid resin; and forming the hardener including an active hydrogen compound and an acid anhydride group.
