PURPOSE: An electromagnetic shielding tube is provided to improve the electric conductivity and ground by forming at least one side with a soft metal film. CONSTITUTION: A metal film(10), an inter-layer polymeric adhesive(20), a polymer film(30) and an internal polymeric adhesive(40) are successively laminated on the electric conductive sheet. An electric conductive sheet is folded so that the metal film is located in outside. The end part of the metal film is overlapped with the end part of the inside polymeric adhesive. The end part of the metal film and end part of the internal polymeric adhesive form a closed loop.
