FILM LAMINATOR OF AUTOMATIC EXHAUSTING BAD SECTOR

PURPOSE: A film laminator for automatically exhausting a bad sector is provided to discharge only a bad sector of a film, thereby reducing materials costs of a film. CONSTITUTION: A detecting unit(20) detects a defect mark of the film before laminating a film(1) on a substrate(2). A cutting unit(30) partially cuts a bad section of the film. A bad sector discharging unit(50) is adjacent to a laminate unit(40). The bad sector discharging unit discharges the bad section of the film supplied from a film feeding unit(10). A control unit(60) controls the bad sector discharging unit and the laminate unit to discharge the bad section of the film.
