PURPOSE: A conveying unit and an image forming device with same are provided to maximally maintain a parallel state of a reverse roller and a transfer roller. CONSTITUTION: A transfer roller(41) and a reverse roller(43) are arranged to face each other side by side. A transfer shaft(42) transfers the torque to the transfer roller. A reverse shaft(44) is installed to be possible to move back and forth in a radial direction of the transfer shaft. The reverse shaft transfers the torque to the reverse roller. A reverse driving gear(46) receives the torque to rotate.
