FLOORING WITH ACRYLIC RESIN

PURPOSE: An environment-friendly acrylic resin flooring material is provided to reduce the aromatic property and the irritating property to the human body while reducing the manufacturing cost, using poly(methyl methacrylate). CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly acrylic resin flooring material contains the following: poly(methyl methacrylate) in a form of powder or pellet; and an acrylate compound as a solvent of the poly(methyl methacrylate). The acrylate compound contains the following: 15~89.9wt% of 1-functional acrylic monomer; 1.0~10wt% of 2-functional acrylic oligomer; and 0.1~5wt% of polyfunctional acrylic oligomer with the molecular weight over 450.
