PURPOSE: A fan engine is provided to discharge kinetic energy in gas state by extracting a part of kinetic energy which fluid has through a fan, thereby not requiring a separate steam condenser formed in an existing power plant. CONSTITUTION: A fan engine discharge fluid at high speed using a fan(1). The fan engine is under negative pressure using the fan. The fan engine receives high speed fluid from a fan(2) and rotates. The fan engine permanently rotates through a power transmission shaft(6) rotating in the same direction with the fan, since the fluid(5) passes through the inside of the nozzle.
