PURPOSE: A waste discharging device of an emulsifying apparatus is provided to improve the function for blocking the inflow of external air by crashing agglomerated waste, gathering the waste to a cyclone, and then discharging the waste. CONSTITUTION: A waste discharging device(30) of an emulsifying apparatus comprises transfer screws(32,34) and a cyclone(50). One transfer screw is installed at the entrance of a transfer pipe(31). One transfer screw is rotated by a drive part(33). One transfer screw is formed to the middle portion of the transfer pipe. The other transfer screw maintains a space part(31a) at a proper interval from one transfer screw. The other transfer screw is installed at the outlet of the transfer pipe.
