PURPOSE: A hybrid system of a vehicle equipped with a two stepped pulley is provided to increase the efficiency of the hybrid system with simplifying the structure by applying the two stepped pulley to an integrated starter-generator which functions as a starter and a generator of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid system of a vehicle equipped with a two stepped pulley comprises: a vehicle engine(100); an integrated starter-generator(200) which functions the function of a start motor and a generator with being connected to the engine; a pulley assembly(400) which is connected to the engine and the integrated starter-generator and comprises a first pulley part(410) and a second pulley part(420) having a different level difference; and a controller(500) which controls the engine, the integrated starter-generator, and the pulley assembly and controls so that the integrated starter-generator is driven by a drive motor.
