PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a bottle cap of a multiple sealed structure and an article thereof are provided to enable a user to certainly seal a bottle using the multiple sealed structure in which a sealing band and a sealing piece are formed. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a bottle cap of a sealed structure comprises the following steps; molding the upper part of the bottle cap by injecting an injection material into the upper part of a mold circular bore(26); molding a sealing band(55) of the bottle cap by injecting the injection material into the lower part of the circular bore; molding a sealing ring and a sealing piece(46); hardening the molding injection material by operating a die holder and an assisting die(27); and molding the bottle cap of the injection material by operating a lower driving plate.
