MAXIMUM DIVERSITY-MULTIPLEXING GAIN PROTOCOL AND UTILIZING METHOD FOR INTERFERENCE SYMBOLS IN COOPERATIVE WIRELESS COMMUNICATION

PURPOSE: A composing apparatus and method thereof in the maximum diversity multiplexing gain protocol for the cooperation wireless telecommunication and interference symbol system. In order to use the hierarchical modulation technique in the case in which the overlapping symbol is necessary it is offered. CONSTITUTION: A sender transmits the early knowledge(S201). In sender, the overlapping symbol confirms whether the point of time when being necessary or not. If it is not the point of time when the overlapping symbol is necessary, sender transmits the general symbol which becomes to the general modulation(S203). If the overlapping symbol is the point of time when being necessary, sender transmits the layer symbol which becomes to the hierarchical modulation(S205).
