PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to reduce the deterioration of an organic light-emitting DIODE and a thin film transistor by discharging the heat through a heating line. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of heating lines(160) is formed on a first substrate(110). A plurality of thin film transistors are formed on a heating line. A plurality of second thin film transistors is formed on the heating line. A plurality of second thin film transistors are respectively connected to the thin film transistor. A plurality of organic light-emitting diodes are respectively connected to the second thin film transistor.
