PURPOSE: A splitter module and an optical access network system including the same are provided to implement a package type to be attached to and detached from an optical divergence box. CONSTITUTION: A coupler fixing holder(130) is built in a cover unit. The coupler fixing holder fixes a coupler which is formed on the splitter. A fan-out cord fixing holder(140) is embedded in the cover unit. The fan-out cord fixes the fan-out cord connected to the coupler through a core. An adapter assembly(120) comprises one or more adapters connected to an optical fiber connector formed on one end of the optical fiber passing through the fan-out cord.
