PURPOSE: A wasted gas draft power augmentation system of a coke oven is provided to reduce the amount of environment harmful material exhaust. CONSTITUTION: A wasted gas draft power augmentation system of a coke oven comprises an injection nozzle(110), a compressor(130), a compressed air valve(150), a manometer(160), and a data logger(170). The injection nozzle comprises orifice. The compressor supplies the compressed air to the orifice of the injection nozzle. The compressed air valve controls the flow rate of the compressed air. The manometer measures the pressure of the waste gas flowing in into the smoke stock. The data logger controls the compressed air valve so that the pressure value maintain by the configuration pressure. The compressed air flowing in into the internal space of the injection nozzle flows upwardly with Coanda effect according to the curved surface of orifice and wall of the internal space. The wasted gas is discharged to outside. |
