<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to increase the efficiency of a solar cell module by reducing a junction resistance between a solder ribbon and a cell electrode. CONSTITUTION: A unit cell(10) comprises a unit cell body extended in a first direction and an electrode extended in a second direction. A solar cell(100) is formed by contacting the unit cells along the first direction. The solar cells are arranged in the second direction perpendicular to the first direction. A ribbon(110) extend in the second direction is formed on the solar cell. The electrodes are bonded with the ribbons using an electromagnetic pulse welding coil(200).</p> |
