摘要 PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for enhancing the performance of electron-beam are provided to maximize the performance using density transition operations with a first pre-pulse and a second pre-pulse. CONSTITUTION: A beam separator(111) separates incident laser into a first pre-pulse and a second pre-pulse. A longitudinal plasma channel, which forms a plasma density transition in the direction of an electron beam, is formed inside a plasma gas nozzle using the first pre-pulse. A transverse plasma channel, which forms a plasma density transition to cross the electron beam direction, is formed inside the plasma gas nozzle using the second pre-pulse. A first mirror group(113) changes the structure of the longitudinal plasma channel by delaying the time of the first pre-pulse. A second mirror group(117) changes the structure of the transverse plasma channel by delaying the time of the second pre-pulse.
