PURPOSE: An insulation mold for a light waveguide injection molding and a manufacturing method thereof smoothing resin flow are provided to minimize the fault of products by coating a coating material on the backside surface of the core side of the mold or the patterned stamp. CONSTITUTION: A foreign material is removed from the surface of a mold core or a patterned stamp(S100). A primer is spread on the surface of the mold core or the patterned stamp. The adhesive force are strengthened between the mold core or stamp and the patterned coating material(S200). The coating layer is formed in the mold core or the patterned stamp(S300).
