PURPOSE: A safe ladder is provided to include a length adjustment device and to individually control the length of ladder. CONSTITUTION: A safe ladder comprises a frame(10), a stage, a fixing unit(40), and a skid-proof member. The frame comprises a first ladder fixed pin hole, a ratchet fixing hinge, a height control ratchet. The first ladder fixed pin hole is formed to side the task of frame. The height control ratchet is combined with the ratchet fixing hinge. The first ladder fixed pin hole is fixed to the second ladder fixed pin hole and ladder fixed pin(30). The skid-proof member surrounds the fixing unit.
