PURPOSE: A resource allocation mapping method, a CSRS(Cell Specific Reference Signal) transmission device, and a method thereof are provided to simply produce a sub-carrier index. CONSTITUTION: A first and a second output part(110,120) produce a sub-carrier index so that the same sub-carrier index is allocated in a base station. The base station has a same remainder which a base station index value compartmentalizing a plurality of base stations is divided by a predetermined constant. A transmission part(200) maps the resource allocation of a CSRS according to each base station by using the calculated sub-carrier index. The transmission part transmits the CSRS.
