PURPOSE: A digital contents mobile system and a method thereof between different kind devices are provided to supply in order to move the digital contents between a different kind apparatuses using a remote controller. CONSTITUTION: A first device identification signal outputted from a first device is recognized(S100). A first pointing information including a pointing coordinate of the first device is calculated(S130). A state information of a predetermined specific button is transferred to a server in order to move a digital contents to a second device(S140,S150,S160,S170). A second device identification signal outputted from the second device is recognized. A second pointing information including the pointing coordinate of the second device is calculated.
