PURPOSE: A parking device for a fuel cell vehicle reducer is provided to improve the durability of a reducer by braking a driving shaft with a surface contact method through a friction pad. CONSTITUTION: A driving shaft passes through a fuel cell vehicle reducer and receives a rotation force from an electric motor. A parking gear(120) of a toothed wheel shape is combined on the circumferential surface of the driving shaft to rotate with the driving shaft. A rotation friction pad(130) is installed on one side plate of the parking gear. A braking unit(140) is installed inside the reducer to reciprocate and stops the rotation of the driving shaft by contacting with the surface of the rotation friction pad in a parking mode.
